World Stone’s High-tech Craftsmanship

Since our opening in 2004, we’ve been committed to employing the latest state-of-the-art technology and software available in our industry, as well as some of the most advanced fabrication methods. World Stone employs a “wet fabrication” method that virtually eliminates all airborne dust in the fabrication process, helping to ensure the health and safety of our employees in addition to producing an incredible high-quality finish on our product.

World Stone’s choice of wet fabrication and our carefully handpicked technology reduces waste of material, time and labor. By starting with our three dimensional digital templating we are able to precisely measure the contours of your cabinets and walls, ensuring a perfect fit every time without ever cutting into your drywall. Upon approval, the measurements are programmed for fabrication. The layout ensures the best structural integrity and pattern match for any necessary seams, while still maintaining the best possible use of material.

Once the layout process is complete the material is loaded onto our CNC Waterjet for precision cutting and transferred over to our CNC Router where the pieces will be milled and precision polished. Upon completion, our fabricators load all the pieces onto tables for final inspection and touch-ups.
